Warranty for dosing pumps and control tools
EMEC dosing pumps and control systems are the only ones worldwide in the sector to be guaranteed for 5 years*.
The high quality of our Made in Italy design, the reliability of the components, the accurate control and management of production processes have made it natural and safe for us to offer a longer warranty period and, even in the case of repairs or replacement, have made it possible to extend the warranty of each component concerned by an additional year.
* EMEC products are covered by warranty against manufacturing defects, in accordance with the applicable warranty terms. Wear components are excluded from standard warranty coverage. For PRIUS motor-driven dosing pumps, the warranty period is 2 years. For full warranty conditions, exclusions and specific product information, please contact our dedicated team.

Quality
The very high quality of our production process
quality is guaranteed through rigorous checks carried out on every dosing pump, control instrument and probe manufactured, as well as by the adoption of a quality management system fully compliant with ISO 9001 standards.
ISO 9001:2015 certification is the international reference standard for quality management and guarantees the adoption of an organisational model focused on customer satisfaction and the continuous improvement of company performance.
The Environment
The implementation of an environmental management system
compliant with international standard ISO 14001:2015 stems from an awareness of the footprint that human activities leave on the planet. The EMEC management system for environmental protection reduces the impact of production processes (with emissions below the prescribed limits) and of the products and raw materials used (with the recovery of waste materials such as wood shavings, iron, aluminium, copper, bronze and brass, pre-printed circuit boards and emulsified oil), while also implementing an energy-saving system that covers all the company spaces and also makes use of renewable energy sources.
Safety
Iso 45001:2018 Certification
attests to the application of an organisational model to manage the safety and health of workers organically and systematically, eliminating or minimising risks to personnel. In fact, in recent years the accident rate at EMEC has been close to zero. The compliance of EMEC business management systems with the ISO 9001, ISO 14001 and ISO 45001 standards is certified by Quality Austria and the international certification network IQNet.
Product Certifications
Product Safety
Product certifications represent a significant added value of EMEC’s product offering.
Specific EMEC product families and models have obtained UL and CAN/CSA C22.2 No. 61010-1 certifications, which attest to their compliance with applicable electrical safety requirements.
Among its motor-driven dosing pumps, EMEC also offers models certified in accordance with the ATEX Directive 2014/34/EU (Categories 2 and 3), intended for use in potentially explosive atmospheres.
For applications in the swimming pool, spa, and hot tub sectors—and, more generally, in recreational water treatment—EMEC offers specific product families and models certified to NSF/ANSI/CAN 50, a standard that verifies the safety and suitability of the materials and components used in equipment intended for these applications.
For applications involving water intended for human consumption, EMEC also offers specific families of dosing pumps certified to NSF/ANSI/CAN 61, a standard that certifies the compliance of materials in contact with drinking water and verifies that they do not release substances in quantities sufficient to compromise its quality and safety.
The certifications listed above apply exclusively to the families and models expressly certified.

Our Code of Ethics serves as a guide to behaviour for all Emec employees and aims to prevent irresponsible or illegal conduct by those who work in the name and on behalf of the company, because we are aware of the impact of our actions and we never forget the social dimension of our business.
Whistleblowing
Emec Srl has a process for receiving, analysing, and handling reports (including anonymous reports) submitted by third parties or individuals within the company.
The process complies with the regulatory changes introduced by Legislative Decree 24 of March 10, 2023, implementing Directive (EU) 2019/1937 of the European Parliament and Council dated 23 October 2019, on the protection of whistleblowers who report violations of Union law and on provisions concerning the protection of any person who reports violations of national laws (so-called “Whistleblowing Decree”).
Emec Srl has a process for receiving, analysing, and handling reports (including anonymous reports) concerning the company sent by external collaborators and consultants as well as employees and collaborators of companies providing goods or services.
